- Offering you on call services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Developing an individualized treatment plan under the supervision of your physician
- Utilizing the support of home health aides to assist with your personal care needs, exercise, meal planning, and light housekeeping under the supervision of the nurse or therapist.
- Referring medical social services to evaluate your psychosocial and financial needs, and assisting you with your coping and adjustment to illness.
- Assigning licensed therapists such as; physical, occupational and speech therapy achieve your highest functioning level.
